The story of Love Mom & Pops began in Austin in 2008 when Manuel and Laura Flores wanted their children to experience the traditional frozen treat known as a paleta.
After finding that most store-bought pops contained artificial ingredients, they started making their own using fresh, all-natural and organic ingredients. What started as a family project quickly became something they wanted to share with the Austin community.
